Tomorrow, Cub in Hoxton is launching its second Fermentation Masterclass in its newly launched ‘Cub Cave’ underneath the restaurant, with one of the world’s most prolific experts on the subject – Dr Johnny Drain.
The hands-on, interactive classes are suitable for all levels of experience and will last approximately 2– 3 hours.
Those that participate will learn about and make several different types of ferments to take away with them. They will also enjoy drinks and dishes from the Cub menu and preview items currently in the development phase.
The masterclass will take place on 24th July. Priced at £85 per person bookings can be made at email@example.com. Private group bookings are also available on request subject to availability.
After tomorrow, the masterclasses are set to return for September.
